Broadcast International Group was contracted by ESPN in 2009 to build and implement a Video Control Room at their ESPN Deportes Radio
facilities in Coral Gables, Florida. |

Project called for embedded audio on SDI signals , a Broadcast Pix switcher using a Post-Deko workstation for the creation of all graphics according
to
ESPN’s demanding guidelines. Playback and recording is achieved with a Grass valley K2 Summit server. This facility is connected via Fiber
with ESPN Bristol, CN headquarters and broadcast Jorge Ramos Show every day, from 4 to 7pm nationwide. |

The Miami Herald built their Television Studio in 2008 and BIG was selected as the System Integrator for the Design and Implementation of the Project. BIG installed three HD robotic cameras and a fully automated HD Control room under a Broadcast Pix switcher. The Herald is producing multiple shows from their newsroom to feed their website. A lighting package was provided as well as consultation and advice on electrical and acoustic matters. |

The School of Broadcasting of City College, a higher learning institutions with campuses throughout Florida, commissioned BIG with the design and implementation of their teaching Studio in Fort Lauderdale. BIG created an SDI environment around a Broadcast Pix Switcher within the facility, allowing the young professionals to be, a glimpse to the equipment they will be using in the future. BIG provided Hitachi Studio Cameras, Listec Teleprompters, RTS Intercom and IFB, Cool Lights with DMX control and Sennheiser microphones. |

Broadcast International Group was contracted by
CNMG in 2006 to build and implement their new facility
in Port of Spain. With a modern, tapeless workflow as the
idea driving BIG’s design, the brand new “C” integrates
state-of-the-art equipment and BIG’s creative services
for a full package that includes not only equipment
and engineering services, but training, consulting, music
acoustic, complete lighting for 2 studios and station
graphics.
CNMG has
a fully automated TV station and three fully interconnected
radio stations. Among the companies that BIG brought
along for this project were: Grass Valley, Front Porch
Digital, Florical Systems, Zandar, Yamaha, RTS, ENPS,
VdO Graphics, Stephen Arnold Music, Wheatstone, RCS
Works, VCI Traffic Systems and Accuweather.
